Sleepover party was an ABSOLUTELY joy to work with. They kept an open line of communication and made pick up and drop off of the item very easy. The item was in Excellent condition, clean and well packed. This made my daughter's birthday sleepover Absolutely AMAZING. My experience from start to finish was awesome.  The communication was very clear & responses were prompt. My girls had so much fun with their sleepover .
They explained everything & was very helpful when I reached out & had questions on how to set things up (however they do have the option of setting up for you).
